Checks are not accepted for payment of reservations less than 30 days in advance.
In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours from the arrival date or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service.
No refund is applied for early departure from the establishment by the client. The entire stay remains due.
For reservations of less than 3 nights, the property does not charge a booking fee. Full payment for the stay will be requested upon arrival. The credit card data collected will be kept as a guarantee of the reservation and will only be used in the event of cancellation, late modification, no show.
For reservations longer than 2 nights, we require a non-refundable deposit corresponding to the first night (excluding breakfasts and tourist tax).
The reservation may be canceled if the credit card details provided are invalid.

ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING: Failure to comply with this obligation will result in a lump sum deduction from the bank guarantee of two nights corresponding to the loss of no longer being able to rent the room immediately and the cleaning costs (dry cleaning, cleaning duvets, curtains, etc.).
